Valucem is a trademark for a unique, high-performance type of concrete (UHPC – Ultra High-Performance Concrete). It is a high-strength cement-based composite provided exclusively as a dry mixture. The properties of the material allow for realization of unique features and designs. PREMIX servis Ltd., as the producer of this high-strength fibre cement composite, has extensive experience with realization and application of Valucem.

REMIX servis Ltd. is a Czech manufacturer of special dry mortars (premixservis.cz) and the only Czech producer of dry mix high-performance concrete (UHPC).
The production of special dry mortars, building material sand construction chemicals has more than twenty-year history on the domestic market. The company produces damp-proofing plaster systems, comprehensive line of materials for professional reconstruction of concrete buildings, lime plaster and mortar used in renovation of historical monuments and traditional facades, material for stone grouting, damp-proofing gravels and more. The products are designated for a wide range of technologies in the field of building reconstructions.
Since 2020, the company has been the only producer and provider of dry-mix high-performance concrete (UHPC) in the Czech Republic. Under the trademark Valucem, the dry mix is provided both in white and grey variants to customers, who utilize it in many ways, for example for production of prefabricated bridge parts, form casting and 3D printing. The material can be toned with various pigments.
